Psycho-Sleuth: a mystery warped by contagious cognitive disorders
Psycho-Sleuth is a single-player deduction adventure from PHOSEPO, published by Thermite Games and Smilegate. Thirteen Afflicted Ones are pulled into a deadly trial run by a cult called Li: commit murder without being exposed. Each person carries a rare cognitive disorder that can spread warped perceptions into the crime scene, so faces vanish, evidence disappears from half of space, or limbs act on their own. It released on Steam in early November 2026 for Windows.
